Madame X shoot

Here is my interpretation of the famous painting 'Madame X' by John Singer Sergant. I used this image to inspire my own shoot and above is my final outcome. I chose this painting because it was elegant and simple. The model in my image is Hannah Crowther. Hannah is a second year fashion student, I decided to use hannah because I thought she had similarities to the original painting. For this shoot I was able to work with the photography students. Emma Smith was my photographer for the shoot and thought she was easy to work with and understood my ideas. Overall I think the outcome of my shoot was successful as my image resembles the original painting, I enjoyed working with the photographer and would love to do shoots like this again.
